Description

  • Learn the assigned market, including clients, drivers, trip patterns, and relationship dynamics.
  • Serve as the dedicated account manager for NEMT broker clients through daily B2B communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate trip assignments, monitor trips in progress, and resolve issues to ensure safe, on-time completion.
  • Manage escalation handling and performance reporting for broker accounts.
  • Own the driver lifecycle in the market, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Guide new drivers through requirements, procedures, documentation, background checks, and vehicle readiness.
  • Re-engage inactive drivers and support long-term driver loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate dispatch and trip assignments as needed to help drivers maintain consistent earnings.
  • Support adjacent operational tasks such as operations support, dispatch backup, and training new hires.
  • Bring market-level insights back to the broader Wingz team to improve operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in client relations, account management, partner success, leadership, supervisory work, or driver/partner operations in transportation, rideshare, logistics, or gig-economy companies.
  • Experience working directly with US-based clients or for a US-based company.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort working with US business culture and the pace of a US-facing role.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM, dispatch software, reporting tools, and AI tools quickly.
  • Available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) with schedule flexibility based on market and business needs.
  • Proven remote work experience with the discipline to work effectively from home with minimal supervision.
  • Own a reliable computer, stable home internet, and a professional remote workspace.
  • Proactive, independent, ownership-minded, curious, coachable, and growth-oriented.

Benefits

  • Remote independent contractor setup.
  • Salary range of $1,200 to $1,800 per month.
  • Semi-monthly pay-outs.
  • Performance bonus starting at approximately USD 300 to 700 per month on average, with potential for higher earnings.
  • 10 PTO days after a 120-day probationary period.
  • Opportunity to grow from Specialist to Senior Specialist to Market Lead.
