Description

  • Own a portfolio of Flemish-speaking dealership accounts with a zero-churn retention mindset.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Anticipate customer issues, manage follow-ups, and ensure customers derive clear value from the solution.
  • Drive pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contracts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead expansion conversations for additional dealership sites and new use cases.
  • Run end-to-end rollouts including kick-off, configuration, training, and go-live.
  • Coordinate closely with Product and Engineering teams to support deployments and resolve operational challenges.
  • Translate customer feedback into clear requirements for internal technical teams.
  • Manage client expectations around product capabilities and customization options.

Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups.
  • Professional working proficiency in English for internal team communication.
  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, operations consulting, change management, or project/program management.
  • Strong project management skills, including top-down thinking, crisp planning, tight timelines, and cross-team coordination.
  • KPI-oriented and data-driven, with comfort tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Calm and resourceful problem-solver who can troubleshoot autonomously and escalate strategically.
  • Willingness to learn product details in order to communicate value and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium.
  • Consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or operations/change management consulting) is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS or AI/technology startup environments is preferred.
  • Background in the automotive industry, such as dealerships, OEMs, or aftermarket, is a plus.
  • Degree from a top business or engineering school is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-oriented, and execution-focused mindset is preferred.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures is preferred.
