Description

  • Own and manage the entire sales process, from pipeline generation through deal closure and revenue target attainment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth across North LATAM.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with reseller and distribution partners.
  • Support direct sales efforts with dealers as a trusted advisor and solution-oriented partner.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition in target markets as a visible market ambassador.
  • Gather customer use cases and market feedback to support strategic development.
  • Maintain accurate customer and activity records in the CRM system, including HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or equivalent business development roles.
  • Ability to sell to target customers while building lasting relationships with distribution partners.
  • Experience managing both long-cycle enterprise opportunities and faster-paced inbound deals.
  • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy experience working with HubSpot or other CRM and communication tools.
  • Persuasive, independent, and comfortable negotiating while building trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60%.
  • Preferred: expertise in surveying and mapping within mining, engineering, and construction verticals.
  • Preferred: experience with image post-processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, Topcon, Trimble, or ESRI.
