Description

  • Work closely with incumbent partners to generate new opportunities and close deals consistently.
  • Manage and develop reseller partnerships across Canada.
  • Close direct business together with dealers.
  • Generate partner leads and negotiate new partner agreements.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the Canadian market.
  • Expand customer relationships by proposing solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Learn customer use cases and market opportunities, and feed customer learnings into strategy development.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, qualify sales opportunities, and identify customer needs.
  • Promote Wingtra’s product and brand in the target market.
  • Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience.
  • Strong aptitude for selling to target customers while building lasting relationships with distribution partners.
  • Experience handling both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and smaller, faster-paced inbound opportunities.
  • Ability to provide solutions based on customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM and communication tools.
  • Persuasive, independent, and comfortable negotiating while building trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60%.
  • Ability to acquire Transport Canada’s Basic Pilot Certification.
  • Business command of French is a plus.
  • Experience in surveying and mapping within the mining, engineering, and construction verticals is preferred.
  • Previous experience with image post-processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, or ESRI is preferred.
