Description

  • Lead the US West and Canada Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy in alignment with global business goals.
  • Build, recruit, and strengthen the channel partner network through enablement and long-term partner success.
  • Hire and develop talent while building a team culture grounded in accountability, trust, and shared success.
  • Support the team on strategic deals, partner development, and customer relationships.
  • Use HubSpot and other tools to monitor pipeline, performance, and partner health and inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to localize the go-to-market approach.
  • Represent Wingtra at key industry events and meetings across the region.
  • Serve as a regional ambassador for Wingtra’s brand, values, and vision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of highly relevant B2B technology sales experience with strong channel and partner management experience.
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams from the ground up in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Proven success leading both Sales and post-sales or technical teams.
  • Strong people-first leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and attracting top performers.
  • Commercially sharp, metrics-driven, and customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Strong negotiation, trust-building, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and distributed work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Track record of leadership in Customer Success and Solutions Engineering.
  • Expertise in surveying and mapping within the mining, engineering, and construction verticals.
  • Robust network within the UAS and geospatial industries.
  • Experience with image post-processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, or ESRI.
  • FAA Part 107 Certificate.
