Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, business model, and pain points.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, pain, and timing.
  • Map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Gather prospect data from conversations, the web, and other sources and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in an SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar role.
  • Ability to communicate value confidently on the phone and in writing, including cold calls and personalized emails.
  • Reliable home or remote work setup with the self-discipline to work independently.
  • Comfort handling high-volume outreach, including 50+ touches per day, without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong CRM discipline with clean data, updated stages, and useful notes for AEs.
  • Strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn from metrics and rejection.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.
  • Preferred ability to work Pacific Time or Eastern Time hours.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings of about $20,000 with uncapped commission potential.
