Description

  • Manage end-to-end government bid submissions, including identifying, evaluating, and preparing tenders and public bidding opportunities such as PhilGEPS.
  • Ensure bid documents, technical specifications, legal requirements, and post-award submissions comply with government procurement rules and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local government units, including DOH, DepEd, NNC, and DSWD.
  • Conduct fieldwork across Luzon and the Greater Manila Area to build and maintain institutional relationships and manage key government accounts.
  • Drive sales growth by prospecting new opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets in both private and public sectors.
  • Deliver high-level presentations to government decision-makers and corporate executives to support business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage key accounts, and support retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, business development planning, and sales forecasts.
  • Monitor government project pipelines, budget cycles, policy changes, competitor bidding activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve win rates.
  • Maintain CRM records, bidding calendars, and reporting dashboards; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development with a proven track record in government transactions.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, nutrition, or food companies is required.
  • Understanding of government procurement or relevant local bidding laws is an advantage.
  • Experience preparing technical and financial envelopes for public bidding is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Expert-level documentation skills and strong attention to detail, especially for tender submissions.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, relationship-building, and analytical skills with a focus on ROI and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software; an existing network within relevant government agencies is a significant advantage.
