Description

  • Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions.
  • Follow up with hosts to confirm class schedules and minimize cancellations.
  • Manage bookings and maintain host relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Update CRM or internal systems with accurate contact and class scheduling information.
  • Use phone, email, and instant messaging to communicate with prospects and hosts.
  • Coordinate scheduling using online calendars and related tools.
  • Work with internal attendance or lead tracking software to manage class operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate course graduate.
  • 5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Experience successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP tools.
  • Experience using word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Experience with Instagram, Google Search Tools, and Dialpad is a plus.
