Description

  • Contact students and graduates in loan default to discuss account status and next steps.
  • Make outbound payment recovery calls to encourage borrowers to resume payments or enter repayment arrangements.
  • Coordinate closely with the default processing team to manage and update student loan accounts.
  • Track account notes and borrower activity in CRM or database systems.
  • Maintain consistent communication with graduates and internal processing teams.
  • Support student loan default management and payment recovery efforts.
  • Use phone, email, and instant messaging to follow up with borrowers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
  • Proven experience in education or student loan services.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least C1 level.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
  • Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL).
  • Knowledge of AirCall or other power dialer tools.
  • Able to work the graveyard shift / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
  • USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
