Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists from web research and databases, generating 100+ qualified leads per week.
  • Create and send personalized cold email campaigns using tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs, including recruiting partners, negotiating deals, and tracking commissions and ROI.
  • Qualify and nurture leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM using automated sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly and optimize tactics based on reply rates, conversion funnels, and cost per lead.
  • Use LinkedIn outreach and other emerging channels to build pipelines and convert cold prospects into partners.
  • Support outreach personalization by researching companies through sources such as company websites, Crunchbase, and forums.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
  • Experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and avoiding spam filters.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, recruiting affiliates, and driving partner-led revenue.
  • Strong web research skills, including scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums.
  • Experience using Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, and Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
  • Comfort with basic automations such as Zapier.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to experiment quickly, own outcomes, and communicate concisely.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, verbal, and written English skills.
  • Ability to work US hours or a graveyard shift and perform in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech startups targeting SMBs or enterprises is preferred.
  • Basic copywriting skills for writing emails that cut through the noise are preferred.
  • Remote work discipline is preferred.
