Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads each week through web research and databases.
  • Write, personalize, and send cold email outreach campaigns using tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs by recruiting partners, negotiating deals, tracking commissions, and optimizing ROI.
  • Qualify leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM and nurture prospects with automated sequences.
  • Analyze weekly campaign performance, including reply rates, conversion funnels, and cost per lead, and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Use LinkedIn and other outreach channels to build pipelines from scratch and engage potential partners.
  • Support outreach personalization by gathering insights from company sites, Crunchbase, forums, and other sources.
  • Work closely with the team in a fast-paced environment and own outcomes for assigned growth targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
  • Strong experience with email deliverability, A/B testing, and avoiding spam filters.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, including recruiting affiliates and running partner-led revenue programs.
  • Skilled in web research and scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums for outreach personalization.
  • Proficiency with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, and Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
  • Comfortable using basic automations such as Zapier.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to work US hours or a graveyard shift and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Startup mindset with a self-starter attitude, fast experimentation, and concise communication.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech startups targeting SMBs or enterprises is preferred.
  • Basic copywriting ability for emails is preferred.
  • Remote work discipline is preferred.
