Description

  • Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across retail and distribution channels.
  • Localize global marketing initiatives and assets for regional market trends, cultural nuances, and retailer needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with retailer marketing and commercial teams to strengthen WHOOP’s brand positioning across France and Southern Europe.
  • Brief, create, and deploy point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, ATL campaigns, and digital activations across social, CRM, and online platforms.
  • Develop and manage training initiatives for retail associates to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to optimize future trade marketing activity.
  • Plan and execute trade and retail events, including partner activations, experiential pop-ups, and product launch initiatives.
  • Monitor account and activity performance to inform strategy, optimize partner pipelines, and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets and external vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a bonus.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
  • Experience in healthtech, consumer electronics, or premium consumer goods is preferred.
  • Experience managing distributor and third-party retail partner relationships in France or Southern Europe.
  • Proven ability to execute high-quality omnichannel campaigns across in-store and online channels.
  • Strong understanding of the French and Southern Europe market and the ability to adapt strategies to local consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across France and Southern Europe, including visits to WHOOP HQ in Boston.
  • Must reside in the UK.
