Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and kickoff alignment.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Drive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Wellhub.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, funnel data, and bottlenecks to improve hiring processes and TA efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, data accuracy, and budget alignment in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Proactively source from underrepresented groups and help reduce bias throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Ops and OD&B to support onboarding and employer branding.
  • Use AI tools in day-to-day TA work to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, sourcing, and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-demand, fast-paced environments such as startups or global companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • High familiarity and interest in artificial intelligence, with experience using AI tools to optimize TA tasks.
  • Ability to use market intelligence and talent insights to support data-backed hiring decisions.
  • Experience aligning candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Remote role open only to candidates located in Brazil.
