Description

  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future tech roles.
  • Support salary benchmarking and market research for open positions.
  • Review candidate profiles and conduct pre-screening calls to assess fit, experience, and motivation.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate selection.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Document recruiting processes and workflows as the team grows.
  • Take ownership of assigned roles and contribute to team improvements.

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a people-facing role; internships and student projects count.
  • English proficiency at B2 minimum, with B2+ or higher preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidate-first mindset with a high sense of confidentiality.
  • Proactive and curious, with the ability to ask questions, follow up, and take initiative within your area of responsibility.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fully remote environment.
  • Background in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with data, research, or analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Experience hiring for tech roles is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a work context is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and other sourcing techniques is a plus.
