Description

  • Lead and develop the Variable Compensation team through direct supervision and training.
  • Design and manage global variable pay programs and sales incentive plans.
  • Develop annual compensation strategies and coordinate plan communication and training for sales leaders and teams.
  • Ensure compensation processes are compliant, accurate, and aligned with global budget guidelines.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets, track plan performance, and improve compensation tools and systems.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide regular reporting to leadership with trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee payment calculations and onboarding processes and serve as the main contact for complex compensation issues.
  • Promote a supportive wellbeing-focused culture for colleagues and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Compensation or HR roles, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices, budget planning, and compliance regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner across departments.
  • Experience as a people leader with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales variable compensation is mandatory for this role.
