Description

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the value proposition for clients and users.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that support growth and account expansion.
  • Act as a consultant and influencer to support partner decision-making on strategy, expansion, acquisitions, and related business topics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial terms and profitability in partnership with Commercial Finance, Value Management, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead integration efforts with key partners to improve the user experience.
  • Establish partnerships with potential new partners that can create significant impact for clients and users.
  • Facilitate and lead partner meetings covering presentations, commercial agreements, planning, and projects.
  • Ensure clear and accurate information flow between partners and internal teams, including follow-up communications.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Present data clearly to monitor progress and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous relevant commercial and business development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability using Excel and other analysis tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in organizing documents and formalizing internal processes.
  • Ability to evaluate and improve internal processes to support team effectiveness.
  • Outstanding commercial and negotiation skills, including communication, persuasion, and argumentation.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to use data to support negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask while setting priorities and solving problems.
  • Experience managing conflict proactively through negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or commercial roles is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
