Description

  • Lead a talented, agile full-stack engineering team working on global-scale partner content systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and career mentorship while fostering continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance.
  • Define and enforce development, testing, and CI/CD standards to keep systems stable and maintainable.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Design to turn business requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • Develop, deliver, test, deploy, maintain, and improve solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Own incident resolution, production troubleshooting, and post-mortem writing.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment that emphasizes productivity and teamwork.
  • Help create a supportive workplace culture that prioritizes wellbeing and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a formal or informal tech lead, leadership, or management role.
  • Experience architecting modern web and mobile applications and working with cloud-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python; Golang familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience developing RESTful web services and working with front-end teams on APIs, mocks, and HTTP best practices.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to translate technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in Kotlin, Golang, or Java is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with microservices is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with distributed systems is mandatory for this role.
