Description

  • Manage customer communications across email, chat, and phone to ensure high-quality support.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and complaints using established methods, tools, and troubleshooting approaches.
  • Research customer accounts and build trust through empathetic communication to reach accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, categorize tickets promptly, and follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.
  • Escalate trends, critical issues, and process concerns to leadership when needed.
  • Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets while collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Process refunds and approvals as part of additional support responsibilities.
  • Deliver helpful, empathetic service that supports user retention and ecosystem health.
  • Stay current on processes through training and ongoing guidance.

Requirements

  • High school or technical school completion; a degree is a plus.
  • Native German and advanced English are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in CX, multi-channel, and written customer support.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Darwin, or Salesforce, if applicable.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Excellent grammar and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Availability to work from 11:30am to 8pm.
  • Ability to support complex and escalated customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
