Description

  • Provide support and solutions for at-risk customers with the goal of account retention.
  • Oversee customer escalations and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver timely, durable solutions.
  • Provide outbound customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Cross-sell value-added services to existing customers.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience and uphold service standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS company.
  • Experience as a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable and think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to build trust with internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Restaurant experience is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in Spanish is a plus.
