Description

  • Lead the conceptualization, scoping, and production delivery of novel industrial robotic solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive alignment on scope, timelines, feasibility, and risk across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor production systems and lead root-cause analysis and resolution of high-severity customer issues.
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software while supporting customers in using Intrinsic’s products effectively.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for APAC customers and a bridge between customers and internal teams.
  • Shape the product roadmap by surfacing customer feedback and technical needs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to translate go-to-market strategy into regional execution.
  • Manage and grow the regional Customer Success engineering team.
  • Cultivate team motivation through clear communication and change leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrable history of successfully leading engineering projects.
  • Professional proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
  • Advanced end-to-end understanding of industrial automation systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering robotics solutions into production.
  • Change management skills to support seamless operational adoption.
  • Ability to reconcile competing constraints through critical thinking and guide customers toward scalable solutions.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently to support customer engagements hands-on.
  • Experience leading and scaling a forward-deployed engineering team, including building repeatable onboarding, deployment, and diagnostics playbooks (preferred).
  • Experience building trusted relationships with operational executives and technical leaders across APAC (preferred).
  • Experience with industrial robot programming such as Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB, or Yaskawa (preferred).
  • Experience with PLC programming such as Beckhoff or Siemens (preferred).
  • Experience with machine vision, industrial bus systems, especially EtherCAT, virtual commissioning, or simulation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems such as Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf, Bazel, and real-time architectures (preferred).
