Description

  • Plan and execute partner-led B2B campaigns across digital channels including email, website banners, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Acquire and nurture Enterprise and Corporate leads generated through indirect channel partners and referral databases.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven analysis.
  • Work with the Indirect Channel team to develop seasonal campaign calendars and special offers for referral partners.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages to increase traffic-to-lead conversion for Enterprise and Corporate audiences.
  • Track campaign and landing page performance through reporting and use insights to inform optimization decisions.
  • Improve white-label assets and playbooks for partner ecosystems, including drip emails, LinkedIn posts, and website banners.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with partners such as industry-sponsored events, joint webinars, and tailored campaigns.
  • Support the launch of new referral partners, including HubSpot partner setup, page creation, and asset preparation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience collaborating closely with Sales Development or Business Development teams on outbound campaigns or channel partners is mandatory.
  • Previous hands-on experience driving business growth with B2B campaigns across growth and/or CRM communications.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and required for working with international stakeholders across all regions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua, RD Station, or Pardot.
  • Experience with marketing creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound demand generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS funnel, pipeline stages, and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-growing organization.
