Description

  • Source and originate debt and structured finance opportunities by building and deepening relationships with borrowers, lenders, investors, sponsors, and intermediaries.
  • Run the full sales and execution cycle from initial client outreach through closing.
  • Lead end-to-end capital strategy, including lender sourcing, capital stack structuring, underwriting, and term sheet negotiation.
  • Prepare marketing collateral and transaction packaging materials for client and investor outreach.
  • Manage communications with clients, lenders, investors, and sponsors throughout the transaction process.
  • Provide guidance on commercial real estate capital markets, lender program criteria, risk, and execution strategy.
  • Support transactions hands-on through closing and ensure all parties move efficiently through execution.
  • Use technology, workflow automation, and data-driven tools to improve screening, packaging, and deal execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets on the debt side.
  • Proven track record closing institutional-level transactions at scale, including individual deal sizes of $15M+ and annual volume of $50M+.
  • Fluency in capital stack structuring, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and lender program criteria.
  • Ability to lead capital strategy end to end, including lender sourcing, structuring, packaging, negotiation, and closing.
  • Existing book of business with repeatable deal flow and relationships that generates $50M+ in annual volume is preferred.
  • Experience with automated workflow platforms or data-driven deal screening tools is preferred.
  • Experience raising programmatic capital or creating lender products is preferred.

  • Typical annualized earnings range from $188,000 to $320,000, with higher earnings possible for top-quartile performers.
  • Independent contractor arrangement.
  • Platform enablement support, including CRM access and pipeline tools to improve throughput and efficiency.
