Description

  • Qualify, follow up on, educate, and develop inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through the sales process.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to defined SLAs.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use selling and influencing techniques to uncover customer needs and business challenges and position Cribl’s solution accordingly.
  • Log, track, and maintain lead and opportunity data in Salesforce according to the lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Accurately distribute leads and meetings to the assigned sales executives.
  • Meet meeting quota and contribute to territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, attend customer meetings as needed, and support marketing on lead quality and pipeline improvements.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to stay current on technology.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience is preferred.
  • A college degree will enhance consideration for the role.
  • Fluent German language skills are required to cover the DACH territory.
