Description

  • Source new debt and equity placement opportunities and expand relationships with borrowers, lenders, investors, sponsors, and intermediaries.
  • Run the full sales and execution cycle from first call through closing.
  • Structure capital stacks and lead capital strategy for transactions.
  • Underwrite deals and prepare marketing collateral and deal packaging materials.
  • Negotiate term sheets and manage all parties through closing.
  • Provide clients with guidance on CRE capital markets, lender criteria, risk, and execution strategy.
  • Maintain a repeatable book of institutional-grade business and support high annual transaction volume.
  • Use technology, workflow automation, and data-driven tools to speed screening, packaging, and execution.
  • Continue hands-on support through the closing of transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets on the debt side.
  • Proven track record closing institutional-level transactions at scale.
  • Experience with individual deal sizes of $10M+ and annual volume of $20M+.
  • Strong fluency in capital stack structuring, term sheet negotiation, underwriting, and lender program criteria.
  • Ability to lead capital strategy end to end, including lender sourcing, structuring, packaging, negotiation, and closing.
  • Preferred experience building a capital markets organization or book of business from scratch.
  • Preferred experience with automated workflow platforms or data-driven deal screening tools.
  • Preferred experience raising programmatic capital or creating lender products beyond deal-by-deal syndication.

Benefits

  • Commission-based compensation with no base salary.
  • Typical annualized earnings of $138,000 to $220,000, with higher earnings possible for top performers.
  • Independent contractor status.
  • CRM access and pipeline tools provided as platform enablement support.
