Description

  • Own and manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, financial institutions, and fintech organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive customer growth, retention, account penetration, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Understand customer challenges related to document management, compliance, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
  • Position DMS solutions that align with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based discussions with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution, product, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and smooth transitions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing coordination, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM updates while supporting marketing initiatives and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in BFSI sales, enterprise software sales, or digital transformation solution sales.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles for large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS) and document-centric business processes.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions, workflow automation, or digital platforms is highly desirable.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a strong ownership mindset and a focus on business outcomes.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 500000 - Rs 3000000 per year (INR 5-30 LPA).
  • Remote work arrangement based in Mumbai.
