Description

  • Architect and build scalable generative AI and agentic AI applications end to end.
  • Design LLM-powered workflows, prompt strategies, reflexive systems, self-learning systems, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Build AI agents with LangChain and LangGraph for NL-to-SQL, autonomous task, and RAG use cases.
  • Select, customize, fine-tune, and optimize large language models.
  • Own ML and GenAI pipelines covering training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Build APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks for enterprise AI products.
  • Address responsible AI risks including hallucinations, bias, and reliability issues.
  • Partner with customers, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI architectures.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term AI platform strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of traditional machine learning experience, including 2+ years of hands-on generative AI experience.
  • Strong experience with LLMs, including GPT and similar models, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Strong Python skills for API wrappers, third-party integrations, and internal tooling.
  • Knowledge of Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with NLP, embedding models, and vector databases.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, Azure OpenAI, and other open-source models.
  • Experience designing distributed, cloud-native architectures using microservices and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
  • MLOps/LLMOps experience across training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, startup adaptability, and strong ownership; consulting or enterprise solution-architecture experience preferred.
  • Experience with fine-tuning methods such as LoRA, RLHF, or PEFT; performance optimization; AI observability; governance and compliance; or regulated industries is preferred.
