Description

  • Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents at enterprise scale.
  • Own the full agent lifecycle from pilot through launch, operation, evaluation, and refinement.
  • Develop agents for customer experience use cases such as retention and churn reduction.
  • Build reusable agent frameworks tailored to different industries and customer needs.
  • Design integrated agents capable of handling nuanced customer interactions.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams on agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative development workflows.
  • Evaluate emerging voice models and integrate them into enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Establish standards for constructing, evaluating, and improving AI agents in production.
  • Feed customer and field insights into NiCE’s platform, tooling, and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in rapidly changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience developing or operating AI- or LLM-powered systems in production is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI agent tooling, including evaluation frameworks, orchestration tools, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • A builder mindset with high personal agency and a bias toward shipping solutions.
  • Startup founder or early-engineer experience is highly valued.
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand problems and deliver practical technical solutions.
  • Customer-facing or externally led technical experience is preferred.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to influence engineers and executives.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and align technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred.
