Description

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Handle IT recruitment for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Cloud Engineers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, define job requirements, and create recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical expertise, communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and documentation to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of professional recruitment experience with significant exposure to IT hiring.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, software development technologies, and current hiring trends.
  • Experience with candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a technology-focused organization, recruitment agency, or staffing firm is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRMS platforms, and recruitment analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, market mapping, and passive candidate sourcing is preferred.
  • Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR practices are an added advantage.
