Description

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
  • Present and explain Weekday AI’s offerings to potential customers.
  • Assist with lead generation, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report progress on business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage.
  • Availability to work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days per week.
  • Interest in a 6-month paid internship with potential conversion to a full-time role.
  • Potential conversion to a full-time role with a CTC of up to ₹6 LPA based on performance.
