Description

  • Develop and localize Wati’s partner strategy for LATAM in alignment with global frameworks.
  • Build scalable processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
  • Define and implement KPIs, reporting structures, partner segmentation, and a structured partner lifecycle model.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the current partner team, including rituals, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Own partner acquisition operations for Mexico and other Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
  • Personally drive high-value partnerships and manage a pipeline of agencies, resellers, and solution partners.
  • Identify, engage, and grow partners aligned with the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).
  • Drive partner activation, engagement, co-selling, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement actions to improve productivity and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between LATAM and the global partnerships team, sharing local market insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales within SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner programs.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue through partnerships.
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Hands-on profile comfortable balancing strategy and execution.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, CRM implementers, SaaS resellers or solution partners, and automation/MarTech ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM markets, especially Mexico.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
