Description

  • Audit workflows across teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered solutions with measurable impact.
  • Develop training materials, best-practice guides, and workshops that support adoption of tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Identify opportunities for custom plugins and automations that extend beyond off-the-shelf functionality.
  • Partner with the tech team to scope and build tailored AI solutions.
  • Stay current on AI releases and industry developments and translate them into actionable guidance for the organization.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way for non-technical audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Senior Director of Innovation, Chief of Staff, and teams across Vocal.
  • Help teams turn AI potential into repeatable day-to-day habits and workflows.

Requirements

  • Direct experience using AI tools in your own work or building AI-powered workflows for a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, structured approach to new challenges.
  • A track record of successfully training others on a tool or skill.
  • Familiarity with how engineering and product teams operate.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work well across teams and functions.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and familiarity with current developments in the space.
  • Preferred: Experience rolling out a new tool or product to 15 or more people.
  • Preferred: Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
