Description

  • Work as a key member of the installation team to train dealership clients remotely and onsite.
  • Deliver a quality learning experience aligned with training guidelines and standards.
  • Provide workflow-oriented instruction and practical solutions for dealership operations.
  • Deliver consultative learning on advanced topics and recommend best practices.
  • Collaborate with Learning Development on curriculum for new releases.
  • Assess client and associate learning needs and recommend appropriate training approaches.
  • Adapt delivery style to different audiences and solution types.
  • Facilitate technology-based training for learners at all levels.
  • Explain complex software concepts in a simple and effective way.
  • Understand dealership roles and workflows and make recommendations to improve utilization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software training experience.
  • Experience executing customer-facing implementation or product delivery projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time, including alternating weeks onsite and remote.
  • Ability to work from anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport hub.
  • Dealership experience preferred, especially in Marine, RV, or Powersports.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal soft skills, including expectation setting and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to consult and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
