Description

  • Own the strategy and execution for learning, training, development, and quality across SDC.
  • Lead onboarding, training curricula, training audits, gap analysis, and learning impact evaluation.
  • Build training frameworks and partner with operations leaders and cross-functional teams on content strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate facilitators, subject matter experts, coaches, and quality analysts across on-site and remote teams.
  • Define short- and long-term training initiatives with Stripe learning teams.
  • Assess development needs and build professional development programs that support growth and reduce churn.
  • Design and implement quality audit frameworks for SDC operations.
  • Measure operational quality, share findings and corrective actions, and continuously raise the quality bar.
  • Partner with operations leaders across lines of business to identify evolving training and quality needs.
  • Develop and manage processes that help the Quality and Training organization operate effectively.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading quality teams, training teams, or both, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven success building processes and training systems that deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Strong experience building a quality assurance organization and improving operational delivery quality.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building processes and programs at scale.
  • Strong operational background with a track record of data-driven problem solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building teams, managing managers, developing people, and shaping culture.
  • Experience working across multiple operational teams, complex products, global time zones, and lines of business.
  • Experience leading a centralized organization, gaining senior stakeholder buy-in, and executing a vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
