Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to capture and generate new leads through the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts and campaigns.
  • Segment audiences using CRM data and run targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Set up lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for sales follow-up.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the CRM system to keep it operating efficiently.
  • Customize CRM workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records through data governance practices.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data, lead generation performance, sales pipelines, and KPI trends.
  • Use email and LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects, schedule follow-ups, and support new lead-generation strategies with the nonprofit team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating reports using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting, or related research activities.
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
  • Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently.
  • Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience researching and organizing leads to identify high-quality prospects for sales.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to problem-solve, identify process efficiencies, and improve workflows.
  • Experience with or a strong desire to learn lead generation automation tools and technologies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay motivated while working remotely.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for the mission and desire to make an impact through technology.
  • Remote, temporary contract role based in the Philippines, with preferred working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT and flexibility to attend EST meetings.
