Description

  • Execute account-based marketing campaigns, field marketing programs, executive dinners, webinars, roundtables, trade shows, and other demand generation initiatives.
  • Own event logistics and help deliver strong experiences for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Research and book venues, catering, meeting spaces, and vendors for events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including speaker coordination, registration, communications, platform logistics, live support, recordings, and follow-up.
  • Send invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications to prospects and customers.
  • Maintain event registration, attendee lists, and pre- and post-event details.
  • Support account-based marketing and sales outreach by preparing target account lists, campaign materials, event assets, and post-event follow-up coordination.
  • Travel to support field events, including booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, onsite execution, and representing M-Files at industry events.
  • Maintain accurate lead, contact, and account data in Salesforce and support CRM data entry and reporting.
  • Support HubSpot workflows, including campaign setup, membership, list imports, attendee uploads, segmentation, and tagging.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables across Marketing, Sales, partners, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
  • Build and maintain Asana project templates, timelines, and task trackers for campaigns and events.
  • Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for events and campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign briefs, one-pagers, and supporting materials.
  • Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize research, assist with execution, and surface campaign insights.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, demand generation, event coordination, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Salesforce.com or HubSpot for data entry, record management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional prospect outreach.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment, with strong follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating in-person field events such as executive dinners, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% for field marketing events, dinners, and trade shows.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, summarizing research, and organizing data.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing at a SaaS or technology company (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing concepts and target account strategies (nice to have).
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms (nice to have).
