Description

  • Build and execute demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and convert it into closed revenue.
  • Own and operate the HubSpot instance, including campaigns, workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute channel strategy across paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events.
  • Track and report marketing activity against pipeline and revenue outcomes for leadership.
  • Plan, build, and execute demand generation initiatives with autonomy and budget ownership.
  • Collaborate within a lean environment while managing the full demand generation function independently.

Requirements

  • Remote US location; candidates in Texas and other lower cost-of-living regions are strongly preferred.
  • $120,000 base salary, up to $150,000 for exceptional experience, plus performance bonus.
  • Realistic on-target earnings up to $200,000 tied directly to demand generation results.
  • Proven, quantifiable success generating B2B pipeline that converts to closed revenue.
  • At least $3M in pipeline and roughly $1M in marketing-sourced revenue as a benchmark for experience.
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot experience setting up campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, scoring, and routing.
  • Currently operating at the manager or senior manager level.
  • Comfort working in a lean environment with full ownership of planning, building, and execution.
  • ABM experience, G2 or review-platform programs, light design ability, and familiarity with intent data tools are preferred.
