Description

  • Build pipeline and generate new business with corporate and enterprise partners.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through deal closing.
  • Deliver pitch presentations, tailored platform demos, and value proposition messaging to prospects.
  • Respond to RFPs and manage complex contract negotiations and objections.
  • Partner with Customer Success on annual meetings and quarterly business reviews to support expansions, growth, and retention.
  • Lead discovery conversations with new and existing partners to understand employee engagement and CSR goals.
  • Research corporate partners before calls to tailor outreach and demonstrate platform relevance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospects and existing contacts throughout the sales and expansion process.
  • Represent customer feedback internally to inform product, marketing, and sales improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound client prospecting with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, performance-driven sales environments with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling experience.
  • Ability to build account plans, identify key decision makers, and uncover product utilization and revenue opportunities.
  • Experience managing strategic account plans, complex deals, multiple partnerships, negotiations, and objections.
  • Experience identifying inbound and outbound leads for enterprise customers in both new business and renewal environments.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Gong, or similar sales tools.
  • Ability to accurately forecast opportunities and move deals from pipeline to close.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and adaptability to change.
  • Passion for Visit.org’s mission and desire to create impact through technology.
