Description

  • Serve as an integral part of the sales process by generating new business opportunities and supporting pipeline growth.
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets for inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to target companies through email, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and social selling.
  • Schedule meetings and establish value with prospects through relationship building.
  • Gather client needs and coordinate fulfillment activities.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns in partnership with Marketing to build qualified pipeline.
  • Use CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate prospect and account information.
  • Map prospect organizations to identify buyers, decision-makers, and key influencers.
  • Uncover prospect business challenges and identify opportunities within target accounts.
  • Support the consultative sales process by researching prospects and sharing insights with the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales development, pipeline generation, or outbound prospecting roles.
  • 1 year of experience in sales or account management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and appointment setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity goals for calls, emails, and related outreach.
  • Strong ability to articulate business pain points and create compelling prospect stories.
  • Comfort with outbound sales calls and prospecting.
  • Knowledge of modern SaaS pipeline development, sales processes, and engagement methodologies.
  • Willingness to try new approaches, act entrepreneurially, and iterate on sales strategies.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for Visit.org’s mission and a desire to make an impact through technology.
  • Remote, Mexico-based contract position requiring 40 hours per week and working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
