Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target UK accounts through outreach, networking, and social selling.
  • Generate your own leads and book a high volume of qualified meetings to build a strong pipeline.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate the platform’s value proposition.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Track sales activity, update customer information, and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Build new business in an untapped territory with a hunter-style approach.
  • Work closely with the broader global sales team while taking ownership of regional growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Proven success prospecting for new business and exceeding targets.
  • Experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR seeking the next career step is considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and become proficient with technical products.
  • Positive, tenacious, and resilient attitude suited to building a new market.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Direct experience selling into Defence & Aerospace, Central Government, or IT Services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with complex procurement processes, proposal writing, or bid management is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
