Description

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned territory to close business and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Manage prospecting efforts for key accounts and work with channel partners to build pipeline in the territory.
  • Use multi-channel outreach, including LinkedIn, email, video, cold calls, meetings, and networking, to convert prospects into new customers.
  • Own the book of business by documenting buying criteria, buying process, next steps, owners, and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
  • Size and quote customer software license needs.
  • Engage with prospects through phone, email, video conference, and on-site meetings when needed.
  • Support marketing efforts through account-based, customer-focused campaigns.
  • Build, share, and improve sales team best practices.
  • Accurately capture account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com and maintain daily activity and forecasting data.
  • Collaborate with developers, decision-makers, procurement, and executive-level contacts across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model.
  • Experience building and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
  • Proven territory planning and prospecting experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, calling, and networking.
  • Ability to manage a deal through the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closed won.
  • Experience supporting and selling to large enterprise customers and negotiating enterprise deals over $50K USD.
  • Ability to communicate value effectively with executive-level contacts using both bottom-up and top-down approaches.
  • Strong Salesforce.com expertise.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, including the ability to handle objections and receive coaching.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and hungry to succeed.
  • Nice to have: experience in software development tooling sales or selling into the development side of IT.
  • Nice to have: experience selling and closing deals internationally.
  • Nice to have: Arabic language skills.
