Description

  • Translate product-line strategy into actionable backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and product goals.
  • Define sprint goals, participate in planning, and manage scope changes during sprints.
  • Lead backlog refinement and coordinate discovery activities with business analysts, solution architects, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine features using market and customer insights.
  • Plan team-level releases with the Engineering Manager and support estimation and approval processes.
  • Participate in feature acceptance testing, demos, and sprint retrospectives to validate quality and improve team practices.
  • Identify and escalate product risks, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and align shared functionality.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and validate project plans and documentation.
  • Work with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs according to business impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
  • 1+ year of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical marketing within an IT or technology environment.
  • Experience with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, or SFDC.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products that meet business objectives.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucinations.
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
