Description

  • Support Product Owners with backlog management, task definition, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Participate in client calls, internal stand-ups, and cross-functional project meetings.
  • Create simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visuals to support client discussions.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, clients, and project teams.
  • Write clear, structured project documentation.
  • Support planning, estimation, iteration, and delivery activities.
  • Facilitate stand-ups or similar meetings with mentorship.
  • Contribute to marketing or internal initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • Active student status.
  • Fluent Polish and English proficiency at a minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
  • Interest in how digital products are developed from ideation through launch.
  • Ability to turn ideas into simple visual flows, diagrams, and structured explanations.
  • Proactive, communicative approach and willingness to ask questions.
  • Interest in learning to work with developers, designers, clients, and Product Owners.
  • Experience with student organizations, startups, or hackathons (preferred).
  • Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean Startup, or experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead (preferred).
