Description

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to refine features and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and evaluate product ideas from internal and external sources.
  • Maintain feedback loops throughout development to ensure ideas become valuable products.
  • Partner with Development Team Leads and support Scrum sprint cycles to deliver product features.
  • Engage Service Delivery on project requirements and customer transition timelines.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify trends in customer issues and enhancement requests.
  • Demonstrate products and provide feature education to internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate on product management processes, quality practices, objectives, and key results.
  • Forecast product availability and support sales estimates, RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Support user enablement and education for the CIS product community.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B product and business experience, including direct work with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of system design and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and frequent context switching.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, positive, creative, and curious approach to work.
  • Utilities industry experience preferred.
  • Final candidates must complete background and identity verification checks.
