Description

  • Attend project meetings with Product Owners, stakeholders, and client teams.
  • Gather client requirements, manage stakeholder needs, and maintain product roadmap transparency.
  • Lead developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
  • Conduct client workshops and meetings to clarify business processes and requirements.
  • Translate ideas into simple flows, diagrams, and step-by-step visuals.
  • Investigate problems, support solution discovery, and improve team efficiency.
  • Use AI-driven tools and automations in project work.
  • Develop project management, business analysis, and Scrum practices through mentoring, courses, and team support.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial project management experience.
  • First commercial experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives.
  • Excellent Polish and English communication skills at minimum C1 level.
  • Experience working with technical teams, including developers and designers.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Practical experience using AI in projects and interest in AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and meetings with external business clients.
  • Analytical, communicative, assertive, positive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-management, decision-making, flexibility, and an Agile mindset.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies is preferred.
