Description

  • Manage and prioritize product requirements for a development team based on business and user needs.
  • Own a product or product area across discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and adoption.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements.
  • Apply Product Discovery methods to identify problems, value, and desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, delivery risks, goals, and metrics.
  • Present product vision, development plans, and release plans to users, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams on sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and delivery.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings while representing business objectives to the team.
  • Collaborate effectively in a nearshore delivery setup.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Experience owning a product or product area throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience independently managing requirements and priorities for a development team.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured product requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of Product Discovery and prioritization methods.
  • Experience with roadmaps, product goals, metrics, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Technically minded profile with the ability to work effectively with development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English and availability to work from the European Union with a required work permit.
  • Practical experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat.
  • Retail Pricing experience, including macro/micro pricing, elasticity, and cross-elasticity (preferred).
  • Experience applying GenAI workflows within the software development lifecycle (preferred).
