Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients and guide them through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Advise clients on Viseven’s products and services so they can use the portfolio effectively.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives and coordinate execution with internal teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new customers and support adoption during and after onboarding.
  • Monitor implementation plans, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Measure customer outcomes against agreed KPIs, share feedback, and address gaps.
  • Identify client pain points and new opportunities for additional services or solutions.
  • Support the account team in scoping qualified opportunities, sales processes, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and upselling techniques.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Overall understanding of how the Pharma market operates, including how companies produce and sell products.
  • Understanding of typical Pharma company operations, including structure and how sales and marketing work in a global-to-local model.
  • Understanding of digital operations in pharma and customer engagement fundamentals.
  • Broad understanding of Viseven products and services.
  • In-depth understanding of the specific tools used in the role, such as briefing/intake forms.
  • Basic understanding of digital infrastructure platforms such as DAM tools like Veeva, CRM systems like Veeva, Salesforce, or IQVIA, and marketing automation tools like SFMC or Eloqua.
