Description

  • Own brand relationships end-to-end across onboarding, launch, ongoing strategy, and renewal.
  • Run customer calls, write follow-up communications, and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Help customers improve program performance through data-driven recommendations, creative ideas, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Identify opportunities for brands to collaborate across the rediem ecosystem.
  • Bring customer feedback and feature requests to the product team in a clear and organized way.
  • Analyze customer performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Spot risks early and take action before issues escalate.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for customer success.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, Partnerships, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to run calls, write concise follow-ups, and build trust quickly.
  • Strong organization and self-direction with solid project management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and interest in building processes rather than only following them.
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and eager to become a product expert.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide recommendations and decisions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
  • Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, marketing, community, or SaaS is a bonus.
