Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Secure delegate attendance for executive-level events.
  • Build and maintain strong prospect engagement through professional communication.
  • Manage and update prospect activity in the CRM system.
  • Maintain consistent outbound call activity and performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to support pipeline growth and event attendance targets.
  • Deliver communication aligned with international business standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience.
  • Strong phone-based sales background is essential.
  • Excellent spoken English with a professional and neutral accent.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and money-motivated mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet and a quiet working environment.
  • Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg preferred.
  • B2B events, delegate acquisition, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
  • Experience working in UK or international sales markets preferred.
  • Exposure to high-volume outbound sales environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aircall, Zoho CRM, or outbound dialler systems advantageous.
  • Updated CV highlighting outbound sales experience and achievements required.
  • One-way video introduction or voice sample required.
  • Confirmation of current work-from-home setup required.
  • Notice period and earliest available start date required.
  • Details of CRM systems previously used required.
