Description

  • Conduct keyword research, track rankings and organic traffic, and recommend monthly SEO content priorities.
  • Create and optimize on-page and off-page content using generative AI to support engagement and lead generation.
  • Build do-follow links and coordinate backlink outreach with external publications.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Write captions and support basic creative production, including image resizing, short-form video editing, and story formatting.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries within a two-business-hour SLA.
  • Assist with email and SMS campaign setup, scheduling, and execution.
  • Support Meta advertising by coordinating with the external agency and preparing converting creatives and basic ad copy.
  • Update websites, landing pages, Shopify content, and general website administration items such as product details and testimonials.
  • Manage lead validation, CRM data accuracy, and follow-up calls or emails to route inquiries correctly.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing collateral, internal learning resources, and the Before and After Program materials.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI in a professional setting to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Previous copywriting experience for digital channels and social platforms.
  • Professional experience managing or contributing to social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated design ability and proficiency with Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce compelling, on-brand copy.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort with conducting outbound follow-up calls and emails to validate inquiries and leads.
  • High reliability, accountability, and a respectful, collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Understanding of or genuine interest in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry (preferred).
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SE Ranking, Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with website administration tools such as WordPress Elementor and Shopify (preferred).
  • Formal qualification in Marketing and Public Relations (preferred).
