Description

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, communications, and confidential information.
  • Prioritize projects, track initiatives, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
  • Edit and produce video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Create graphics, support digital marketing campaigns, and manage content calendars and digital assets.
  • Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, and CRM data.
  • Create, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve GoHighLevel automations and workflows.
  • Coordinate projects across departments and research vendors, software, and business solutions.
  • Develop and improve internal processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Professional video editing experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including funnels, landing pages, and automations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information professionally.
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, or fast-growing businesses (preferred).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing, social media strategy, AI productivity tools, or automation platforms (preferred).
